Hot stone massage

Massage treatment incorporating thermal properties of natural stone. The stones we use have come from the New Zealand wilderness, they haven't been treated or reshaped in any way. Heated stones work well on tight muscles, by diluting blood vessels and improving circulation they help to dissolve muscular tension. It's a favorite winter treatment. In the summer it can be changed to incorporate cooled stones as well as hot. The change in temperature is a great way to strengthen the cardiovascular system and boost immune system.



Pregnancy massage

Designed for expecting moms. It targets the areas of the body which become more tender during this time - lower back and hips.

Depending on advancement we incorporate essential and vegetable oils to help with skin elasticity and cramping.



Reflexology

Treatment based on the concept that areas of the feet correspond to internal organs and by pressing them we can work on different body systems. Each reflexology session treats all systems to improve general wellbeing but depending on your concern we spend more time on certain zones. This treatment is both very relaxing and effective. A series of reflexology sessions is recommended as changes in body physiology take longer to manifest.
