About us

Time to Unwind was established in Penshurst in July 2012. We moved to Oatley West in January 2021.

Our most popular treatment is remedial massage followed by hot stone massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. All our therapists are qualified and have experience working in Australia, Spain and the U.K. 


Loren Strong

Loren completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2002 at the NSW School of Natural Medicine in Coffs Harbour and did subsequent studies at the NSW School of Massage in Sydney. Over the last 22 years she has gained extensive experience in Australia and the United Kingdom working in Sports, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitaion clinics.Loren specialises in Deep Tissue, Remedial and Sports Massage and over the years has treated Olympic athletes, runners and triathletes, pregnant women, desk workers and people suffering with chronic tension and pain. She uses a combination of techniques to help restore balance, reduce stress levels, relieve pain and increase flexibility. Loren is recognised by all major private health funds with on the spot claims available through HICAPS.

Cassie Taylor

 

Cassie holds a diploma and has over ten years experience as a remedial massage therapist.

She has special interest in chronic conditions, women's health including pregnancy massage and facial reflexology for wellness and anti-ageing

Cassie can process private health fund claims and is available on Saturdays


Dorota Kosinska 

Dorota received her diploma of remedial massage in 2006 from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Surry Hills. She also did extensive courses in reflexology, aromatherapy and lymphatic drainage while working in Panticosa resort in the Spanish Pyrenees. 

Dorota's focus is on repetitive strain injuries especially around upper back, shoulder blades and arms using pressure points and deep tissue techniques. She often combines different therapies such as remedial massage with cupping and aromatherapy to get the best outcomes. She grew up in Poland where she got a masters degree in physical education just a few months before coming to Australia. One of the activities she still enjoys is cycling and yoga. 

Dorota is available on weekends and school holidays

Wenju’s qualifications are Remedial Massage and Chinese medicine.  She is passionate about health and fitness. In her spare time she is always at the gym doing weights, AB classes and HIIT classes. Wenju has the healing hands and a very firm and remedial technique. Whether you are looking to relax and de-stress, relieve muscle tension and re-energise, Wenju would love to treat you.

Wenju is available on Wednesdays and Saturdays
